Biggest Loser: This is a 8 week Competition of Weight Loss! This program is based on specific work-outs that are the correct type, with adequate frequency, given you higher probability of success, with Team Captains whom have endured and who are currently enrolled in the regiment. These individuals can personally vouch for its success if you apply yourself.
Teams will be required to work out & train w/ their Team Captains/Trainers at least 2-3 days a week at any location their Captains chooses to do so. We encourage you to participate in as many group classes and to work out on you own on as much as your schedule allows you. Teams will face a difficult and demanding weekly competition in the form of a challenge every Saturday.
Boot Camp: The Anchor Fitness Boot Camp is a six-week indoor/ outdoor program that offers world-class fitness instruction, nutritional coaching & motivational tools - packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals fast. Run Club: Our weekly and monthly runs are non-competitive and there is always a wide range of runners attending. Our scheduled group runs vary in length from just under 2 miles to 12 or more miles. The middle of the pack runs at about an 8-minute per mile pace, but there's a large spread. You can almost always find someone to run with. Our goal is to teach you to love running and to enjoy all the benefits from it.
Strike aka Fight Club: Strike! is the latest signature format to be offered at Anchor Fitness, formerly known as Fight Club. It is an intense, boxing & kickboxing-inspired workout, full of non – stop bag work. Challenge yourself with this full-body interval workout that incorporates traditional boxing & kickboxing combinations done with optional with traditional boxing or kickboxing gloves. This is NOT your typical boxing and kickboxing class. This is STRIKE! Moderate and Advanced workout experience is highly recommended.
Tone, Tighten and Sculpt: Join us as we “raise the bar” in this strength training class designed for all fitness levels. Anchor Fitness uses multi leveled functional experiences as the primary resistance instruction to improve muscular strength and endurance. Space is limited based on equipment availability.
Turbo Kickboxing: This cardio kickboxing workout challenges you with a more choreographed approach. You’ll experience not only martial arts drills but also dance-inspired moves. Form and technique are the primary focus, but be prepared to shake things up too!

ANCHOR FITNESS is owned and operated by LaMark Robinson, a 17-year industry professional. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through NESTA, NSCA, NASM and ACE and specializes in Fitness Boxing and Boot Camp instructions, Performance Speed and Agility, as well as Muscle Activation Techniques.
